Jake Woods

MLACs 16AA Head Coach Jake Woods joins No Limits with a unique mix of youth and experience.  As a young coach with 7+ years of experience already Jake has a proven track record of success winning championships at the Atom, PeeWee, and Bantam levels. Jake had spent the last 4 years as Head Coach of a spring travel club (most recently at the U15AAA level) which has not only seen great team success with 6 finals appearances in well respected tournaments, but phenomenal individual development as the bulk of the roster has gone from Atom Tier 1-3 to Bantam & Midget AAA/AA in the 4 years spent with Coach Jake. 

 

The style of hockey Jake teaches is centered around Hockey IQ and work ethic, Inspired by his favorite coach Herb Brooks.  Jake is known for being intense and high energy both behind the bench and in the locker room when giving a pre-game speech.

 

Jake has a deep passion for all things hockey whether it’s watching and studying the game, interviewing athletes from around the world, or managing one of his many fantasy hockey teams
